    I have never been one who does a bunch of them a month. I print them on my laser printer, using vintage style QSL card. Then fill them out by hand, many times I have included a small one page letter with it. I dont really do them much anymore unless someone asks or sends me one.

    I don't do a lot of QSL cards only when requested or when I received them. My contacts are all confirmed electronically. I did however have a QSL card made up that I can customize, it is based on a hand drawn card my dad received in 1956.. [​IMG]

    AND I ALWAYS HANDWRITE IT
    AND ADD A PERSONAL NOTE.

    I think many/most GlobalQSL users (including myself) have moved over to QDURE ( https://qsl.ure.es/en/ )

    For a relatively low number of cards, I'd agree...except my handwriting is illegible.

    But I'm a wallpaper-hunter too. I batch up direct cards once or twice a year, 100-200 at a time. That'd be a lot of writing, even if my handwriting were legible.

    I don’t think it’s an issue with a small number of cards but Josh seems to have a constant stream of them to send.

    The whole point of QSL cards, at least to a guy like me, was the personal touch. I've got many that are due outs on my end, but I'd never consider using a printer to fill them out. If I were only going to print them out, I'd just rely on LOTW / EQSL / QRZ for confirmations. Just my worthless two cents.

    USPS is raising rates on one ounce first class mail to 58 cents on Aug 29, 2021. Time to stock up on forever stamps at 55 cents is now.
