I recently purchased a Glen Martin Aluminum Tower, with Hazer as a "complete package" which included the shipping charges. To make a long story short, they arranged with some fly by night shipping (trucking) firm to deliver the tower package, only to require me to rent a truck, drive to the trucking firm and pick it up and off load it myself. A cost of $100 that Glen Martin to this day hasn't refunded, even though I have e-mails from them stating the would.

Overall, the tower wasn't bad, although I ended up having to drill some holes that were missing, a base plate that was drilled incorrectly, and instructions that were never provided even after repeated phone calls and e-mails.

Would I buy from them again ? Not unless I have to. In the future, if I can afford it, I will go with a crank up tower. It is nice not to have to climb but to have to take guy wires off and lower an antenna and then re-attach guy wires isn't a short task either, nor safe.
