We are glad you're getting interested in the Georgia State Parks on the Air event. The first thing I'd recommend is to go to the Parks on the Air site at pota.app and make sure you're signed up there. (https://pota.app/#/signup) It's not required for Hunters, but it will add to your experience and you'll be able to see your POTA awards. We will have activators going from all 50 state parks on the the April 1-2 weekend, and we need hunters from everywhere to make contacts with. You'll be able to find more information at our webpage ( https://gaparks.org/) gaparks.org and our Facebook group called Georgia State Parks on the Air. The exchange is the Hunter callsign, with State and signal report optional. The activator will give their callsign, park number and signal report. This is the normal POTA exchange. There's a great spotting page at POTA.APP where the eligible Georgia parks will be listed with /GA after the callsign.
