Again this year, on behalf of the Georgia Radio Amateurs, we (North Fulton Amateur Radio League) requested Governor B. Kemp to issue a Proclamation for Radio Amateur Week to coincide with ARRL’s nationwide Field Day event on June 28-28, 2025. We are very pleased to present this year's Governor's Proclamation declaring the last week in June as Amateur Radio Week! Signed by Governor Kemp and in possession of the club. Available for viewing during Field Day! What a wonderful endorsement of the many contributions by all Hams and the services we provide for our local communities, particularly during times of emergency and weather-related disasters.
Thank you North Fulton club for remembering to do this. It is an honor to be a club in this state and have the support of state and local government. On behalf of the Cherokee Amateur Radio Society in Woodstock, THANK YOU NFARL and Governor Kemp! Martin Buehring - President Cherokee Amateur Radio Society - www.wx4car.org - Woodstock, GA

I think Georgia is a great state and Governor Kemp always does a great job. Glad Georgia did this for the HAM operators. I have lived here since 1996.
