Geoff G4AFJ SK It is with great sadness that we have to report the sudden passing of our Chairman, Geoff Dover G4AFJ on Thursday 28th May 2020. Geoff made a massive contribution both local and national amateur radio, he was one of the founding members of Leicestershire Repeater Group in 1975 and served as the Secretary of the RSGB Repeater Management Committee from 1979-88 and then Chairman until 1997. He was also a keen 'DX' chaser on all bands from 160m to 70cm, with 339 confirmed DX entities in his logbook. Our thoughts are with Geoff's family at this sad time.
