    Wirral and District Amateur Radio Club (WADARC) and Chester and District Radio Society (C&DRS) are running GB70BOA and GB70WA from the Wirral Coast during May to Commemorate the 70th Anniversary of the Battle Of the Atlantic and the 70th Anniversary of the Western Approaches.

    GB70BOA will be Hosted by the Marine Radio Museum Society (Wallasey) at Fort Perch Rock New Brighton.
    GB70WA will be Hosted by Leasowe Lighthouse with Wirral & District Amateur Radio Club. It will operate from Leasowe Lighthouse.

    We will be operating on 160, 80, 40, 30, 20, 18, 15, 12 , 10 and 6 metres if open. SSB and CW. VHF/UHF operation on 2 metres and 70cms CW/SSB and possibly FM.
