I figured to post odd, interesting, or just plain fun pix here from time to time.

From my fertile mind (that has lots of fertilizer in it).

Starting out with the guys working in the back 40, keeping the lights on at the 'Radio Ranch'.

    Solar power my ass... :)

    Transmitters generally don't like heat.

    I don't either, today.

Just outside the bird-watching window @ 1400 hrs.

    In the shade, mind you.

    No birds, even....

I suppose I'll have the capacity to understand this, but the RF is just going to the dogs!

You could write up a technical article for QST, using that dog-food tin to build a 1-transistor QRP cw rig. Or maybe a cat-food tin would be better. ;)

The rare, original GE A-205/8 'Superadio' from 1938. These were built by RCA in the day.

Not quite up to the Zenith Strat or the monster Capehart, but a damn fine radio with PPP 6F6G's making 40W out.

No doubt it could be the life of a party...AM, SW, and 78's

So far the only surviving copy I know of lives in Spain.
