Dear fellow Amateur Radio Operators, this is Gerald KE7GGV and proud ham since 2006 and A/E...I want to thank you for your letters, email and such even calls wishing me a great birthday..I am still running the Radio Reading Service...yes they're still out there and since 1967.. CGR Radio is a legit Radio Hobby and I run alone and still run ARRL psa's and programming with permission and the goal is to reach to all and use the RRS mainly for The Blind, Disabled and Veterans...and tell them about Ham Radio..I will always thank Monty Simpson ARRL Western Washington Division...for helping me.... I have been in Radio since 1974...but retired and doing it still as a passion...CGR Radio is non-commercial and self supported and as a hobby...there are over 30 RRS in the US...CGR has been on 13 years replacing the ERRS in Seattle... I am still doing my live oldies show on VETNET One and there is another VETNET serving Vets and programming for them with topics, news and information for them...I do not do a talk show but my live radio show.. Both VETNET stations are geared towards those who served during The Vietnam period and with permission to rebroadcast at times actual AFVN Saigon Radio air checks, announcements,Id's and Psa's...and music that was on AFVN from 62 to 73..
