FMARC Hamfest Fri Jan 16 and Sat Jan 17 (THIS WEEKEND!?)

This kind of 'snuck up on me'. I don't know why the the local club didn't post a notice, but their annual hamfest is this weekend (Jan 16 & 17) at Florida SouthWestern State College/ Building U / Fort Myers, FL 33919

This one sneaks up on me every year.

I attended in 2023.

Missed the last two in ‘24 and ‘25.

I plan on attending this one on Saturday.

Only 30 mins from my house a quick ride up interstate 75.

So day one was, IMHO, a great success. Lots of tailgaters with awesome stuff for sale. Great deals! Inside was also excellent with more great "stuff" including Tower Electronics who has, (again, IMHO), just about every ham part and accessory one could ever want. Great food too! Yummy nuggets and Ice Cream, (not together).

I'm beat tired too. Bought some neat stuff n ready for day 2 in the morning Very nice hamfest this year. Saturday should be even better.
