"The Enforcement Bureau (Bureau) of the Federal Communications Commission has
entered into a Consent Decree to resolve its investigation into whether Thomas J. Warren
(Mr. Warren) violated the Commission’s rules by transmitting one -way communications and failing to transmit his assigned call sign in the Amateur Radio Service... To settle this matter, Mr. Warren admits that his failure to transmit his assigned call sign violated the Commission’s rules, will report any non compliance
with rules governing the Amateur Radio Service, and will pay a $3,500 civil penalty." [Emphasis Added]

I would guess, blocking the blocker is not a good thing..

I guess blocking nets of an amateur radio club of a US government entity isn't a good thing.
Now the FCC just needs to roll the dial down to 14.313 and empty the pockets of the riff raff there...

Thanks for clearing that up for us Sparky. Don't know whether or not I could've slept tonight void of that information that you dug up.

Now all they have to do is get the another 9,999 that are out there. pick your band. This is all a part of the progressive movement of let's make it easier. I really didn't know they enforced anything anymore. Oh well.

No spurs. Higher iterations well suppressed.

Go for it, Splatter-ie. I am sure you will leave a trail...you cant just go along for the ride, so to speak. Or do you like trying --trying-- to be anonymous?

Hope that last ride didnt get you all shook up....you could lose your cookies!

Well if they clean up 14.313 what will I laugh at when I get bored.
Seems like every one has had then spoil the Freq. Why are they still there?

I heard at breakfast this morning the FCC is looking strongly at 7.200, 3.840 in and around Bailey, and Pueblo CO. Hope it's true because something needs to be done.
