Can someone tell me how to get fldigi to run on raspberry pi 4? I can download it but I can't get it to execute.

What flavor OS is your RPi running ?

Raspbian Buster. I followed the instructions on DL1GKK's website and it looks like it downloaded but I can't find a .exe or install file to launch it.

you won't find any .exe files on RPi. Or if you do, they won't run on RPi.

Look in your Downloads directory, off your home directory.

Ok got loaded, set up and receiving. I can't get it to key my TS 570D. I tried all of the usual tricks but nothing. There has to be some set up to transmit that is different on the Pi. I am thinking it is with the Hardware PTT as everything else looks like it is working.

Type whoami at the Bash Prompt to display your user name.

If I were you, I would buy a second Pi to play with, and learn Linux on. Learn how to download and install the OS on an SD card. Learn how to use the repositories and install programs from source. Linux is a big jump from Windows, and requires a different skill set.

That is on the to do list for sure. I'm trying to get this one up for a go kit but I will be taking that step in the future. Thanks.
