Just checking to see if anyone knows the date planed for the Flagstaff Arizona hamfest, at this time? Looks like they already have a number of excellent prizes. A lot of my friends from Utah and Nevada are wanting to meet up with as a group.
Flagstaff HamFest 2025 Coming Next Summer at a New Venue! We have begun planning the our 3rd Flagstaff Hamfest which will take place sometime in the summer of 2025. We don’t have a date yet as we are waiting for the details on availability of our new venue. The new location will feature a single large parking lot right outside the main activity area. The main area and workshops will all be on same level as well. No stairs! Our Hamfest Chairman has begun selling raffle tickets at Arizona hamfests. Next year’s prize lineup will feature Icom radios. I would absolutely come down to Flag if the date comes out early enough for me to get off work! I'll even bring the wife and my buddy, who are both hams.

Ticket prices are the same as last year: $5 gets you one entry, $20 gets you five, $50 will nab you 15 entries, and $100 will snag you 35 entries. Look for our table at your next Hamfest! We are planning to have the Scouts back again in 2025 to handle the food service for us. They reported that they made out pretty well on proceeds from food sales. They also lent a hand on setup before the hamfest and cleanup afterwards so we are looking forward to having their assistance again! Stay tuned for more details on our hamfest as we finalize the details!
