FEMA Strikes Again!

Sorry, Larry, it was a weak moment. Sanity and government have no place on the same page. Guess it's time to reread my favorite book: "Politicians and other Reptiles."
BTW, I spent two tours (1955-56) in the Far East---Anderson AFB, on Guam---and dropped into Kwajalein a time or two to refuel. First time was a "puckered plumbing" approach, as the runway looked about as large as a Band-Aide.

FEMA is run by INCOMPETENT APPOINTEES.
My wife and I, were DAE "FEMA DISASTER ASSISTANT EMPLOYEES" from last years hurricane season, We were called twice from FEMA to be put on a 72 hour standby, and that was the last we heard from them. The LL#'s they gave us were never answered, and when we wewre able to leave amessage nobody returned our calls. There are many volunteers we know in "1" land, that have been sitting in limbo.
FEMA NEEDS TO BE RE-STRUCTURED!!!!!!!!
