I am using QRZ.com for logging. I believe we can make ADIF file from QRZ.com web function, right?
Please let me know how to convert this to Cabrillo file. Should we submit log to ARRL into Cabrilllo format.

Cabrillo is a column based, fixed field length format (for the QSOs section) where ADIF is a tag based, variable field length format. My suggestion is to convert the ADIF into CSV or excel. These are both column based formats. From there you should be able to re-arrange the columns and then paste into the bottom of the Cabrillo file. If ADIF Master is able to export to CSV or excel then look for that.

Above is one converter I've used with success. Requires MS Excel, but no other install required.

For Field Day, you don't have to submit a log ... just a list of stations that you worked on each band/mode.
