Exempt Radio Amateur Aerials From Requiring Planning Permission.

Signed it some time back just wish that it gets the light of day.
Amateur radio in the UK is not appreciated as much as in other countries that have year on disasters or weather to contend with .Maybe if this gets past then there will be more people able to get a RF type of access to the hobby instead of been stuck not through choice to using the internet type of systems available.

The RSGB should be the one to do this but from my point of view RSGB just like to have your membership fees
and nothing else.
I had 43000 signatures regarding this and the ignorant council committee did not bother even when we told
the committee that in my area there is nearly 100 ham we been called lies

 

As the saying goes nothing ventured nothing gained. Let's hope somebody might take some notice of this petition.

I have just received e-mail confirmation from my local MP that my application for the amendment to the antenna planing permission law to be changed. That must be a good thing for a start in our favor. I'll keep my fingers crossed. G0WXU.
