rainy day here so found some code to make a PTZ using a cheap ESP32-CAM $14 from amazon.ca
The module comes with a tiny memory slot. The amazon site said it uses 4G but I found it would work with 32G

    Code was modified from https://randomnerdtutorials.com/esp32-cam-pan-and-tilt-2-axis/
to set a static ip address and rotate the image
Briefly I tested the ptz with a pair of cheap RC servos and that works.
Image is wormy due to the window screen 7" from the camera and brightness is low since theres bright white clouds

Also played with a RCWL-0516 and had the esp32-cam take pics when the RCWL-0516 wa tripped. I expect adding some code to the PTZ webpage would give an indicator of movement if this was a secirity cam.
Heres a pic from a tiny 32G menory card I plugged into the cam board that was tripped by movement, cam board was just laying on the desk

lots of possibilities for a rainy day
