Seems like a volume is full where the files get uploaded to for importing into the DB. The temporary file gets created but has zero length because there is no free space to write it to. Should be an easy fix once the DBA or sysadmin cleans it up.

I'm having the exact same problem(importing ADIF file into QRZ)...relieved to hear it's not something broken on my end. Created a support ticket, and hope it gets working eventually.

Same problem here ... Error Code 228 ... same file loads fine on LOTW and eQSL.

Suddenly on Wed. evening 7/31 when I try to upload from my QRZ logbook to LotW it takes a while, looks like it's working, and then says "Error occured while signing log records.0 records successfully sent to LoTW." It does this on two separate QRZ logbooks to two different LotW accounts. Been working like a charm for years, until today!
