    Greetings all:

I'm looking for an Elmer willing to work with me on low power radios. I live in east central Phoenix and hopefully can find someone nearby. I'm driving to Tucson tomorrow to take the test for my Tech license.

My interest is primarily in emergency communications but I find the more I learn, the more I want to know. I've purchased a Yaesu FT 817 and ordered a Miracle Duckker(sp) antenna. It seemed like a good place to start and also provide some growth room.

I look forward to hearing from my "Yoda" soon.

    Thanks,

    Patrick

    Thank You

Thanks for the offer TBARC! I live in the SW valley near the phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe border. You're a bit of a drive. I'll get in on a couple of your nets and take it from there.

The Thunderbird ARC will 'Elmer' you.
