August 21st is the NEW date for Hamfest 2021 by the East Greenbush Amateur Radio Association. We also have a new location -- the East Greenbush Town Park. Hours will be 8 am to 1 pm.

Our Hamfest will be held in the new Red Barn building... completely enclosed and air conditioned! Plus, there's also covered outdoor space, a pavilion, and ample parking and room for tailgaters. As always, we'll also be offering delicious breakfast and lunch items.

We will have over $3,500 in prizes and giveaways -- including a Grand Prize of a Yaesu HF/6 meter transceiver! Other prizes include DMR HT radios, shack accessories, gift certificates and more!

Hamfest 2021

Date & Location Change!

August 21st at the

East Greenbush Town Park


EGARA has re-scheduled its 2021 Hamfest to Saturday, August 21st and has moved the location to the East Greenbush Town Park. The new facility offers a fully enclosed building with air conditioning and ample parking in a beautiful woodland setting on a small lake.


The address is Town Park Rd, East Greenbush, NY 12061. Hamfest will begin at 8 am and run until 1 pm. Both breakfast and lunch will be available. (click here for map to Hamfest)

As we continue toward the new date, we welcome Amateur Radio businesses and vendors to join our Hamfest as sponsors.

Building on two decades of success, EGARA's Hamfest 2021 promises to be another winner, with lots of great bargains and plenty of prizes, including several Wouxun DMR/Analog HT radios!!! Once again, we will also be offering an HF/6 Meter transceiver as a Grand Prize! Our 2021 Hamfest will offer over $3,500 in prizes!


Because we sold out our vendor tables quickly last year, vendors are urged to reserve their spots early. Reservations may be emailed to W2RBJ@outlook.com. Vendor tables are $10 each and include an admission ticket with each table purchased. Interested sponsors may also email their inquires.



Our Hamfest sponsors receive many benefits, including:

• Complementary ads in our club newsletter (distributed to clubs throughout upstate New York and online through our website);

Hamfest 2021 will be held on the grounds of the East Greenbush Town Park in the Red Barn Building. Tailgaters also have ample parking for selling their gear. A selection of delicious foods and snacks will also be available for breakfast and lunch -- an EGARA Hamfest tradition!
