Does anyone know if there are ever any special event stations to commemorate the life of Edwin H. Armstrong? One sees all kinds of special event stations having to do with Marconi but in my opinion, Armstrong did more for ham radio (and AM & FM radio) than anyone else. I have watched PBS' video - "Empire of the Air: The Men Who Made Radio" and this video does justice to the accomplishments of Armstrong. I did try to contact one of the officers of the Radio Club of America in regards to this but there was no reply to my e-mail. Thank you. 73, Brad, N9EN
