How do I log a station operating outside of their home country using a DX/callsign or callsign/DX so that the entry reflects the location of the station rather than their home location?

The location shown in your log book is taken from the QRZ page of the station you worked. If the country is is showing home QTH, it means that the person has not created a separate page for the 'DX/callsign' or 'callsign/DX' variant of their call. You can test this yourself. Do a QRZ lookup for P5/WB2EVC. It should redirect to the WB2EVC page, with a message at the top stating, Primary only for: P5/WB2EVC.

    Open your logbook
Enter the callsign as you hear it (e.g. xx6xx/HI or HI/xx6xx) in the ADD QSO box
Proceed to enter the QSO info on the QSO Info tab
Proceed to the Receiver Info tab and adjust if necessary (e.g. SET DXCC)
    Save
