Does QRZ want me to download Macroflash?

For two days, I keep getting this pop-up every time I select a new page. Is this something I need to continue viewing QRZ?

I'm not a computer person, and I don't understand what it is. I'm leary of downloading pop-up things.

Maybe I have some kind of internal cootie in my computer, but QRZ has always been clean and fun for almost 3 years.
