    When I moved from Indiana to Arizona, I updated my info with the FCC, and QRZ.com shows the new address correctly. But whenever I check a station, the distance from my station to the one I'm checking is based on Indiana rather than Arizona. How do I change this?

    It appears that you never updated the grid square on your QRZ record. It shows as EM60ow which is in Indiana. Change that at https://www.qrz.com/edit/WA9ASZ and see if that fixes the issue.
