Dentron GLT-1000C Antenna Tuner (160-10 meters)
    Front and Inside Views
    image.jpeg image.jpeg
Let's describe, what is Inside the Box.

Upper Right corner is PC board for your Wattmeter RF sampling board.
Across the Back Panel are 5 different Antenna choices,
and 1 Coaxial Input from HF transmitter.
The 5 Antenna Inputs are: 3 Coaxial, 1 Long-Wire, and 1 Balanced Feedline.
The Upper Left corner is the Balun for that Balanced Line.

At the front panel, you have 2 variable capacitors (Input and Output), and
a Toroid with Switch (Switching Inductance). Switch settings (A-L).

    Thank you for your reply
Do you happen to have a manual.

    No.
I have not seen a scanned version posted to Internet.

You need to determine (reverse engineer) what type of matching
this Dentron GLT-1000C Antenna Tuner uses.

Since you have 2 Air Capacitors (In/Out) and a switched Toroid Inductor (instead of a Variable Inductor) it is likely wired as a
High Pass T-match Tuner (most common).

The other 2 built-in functions, as noted earlier, are:
A 5-position Antenna Switch (with a Balun on the Balanced Line choice) and
Average Power Meter, Power level and Reflected.

Is it the same as the earlier AT-1000? That one is listed on Mods DK

I've been looking for the user manual for about 10yrs now with no luck at all. I think they closed the doors before they printed a manual. Hey, should you run across one share that baby with me and I'll do the same for you.

What Questions will the Dentron Manual Answer, that you can not determine from “root sources”?

He used a Roller Inductor, and Dentron used a switched Inductor (Toroid).

In other words, no one has a manual for your tuner. I don't either. I think your best bet, maybe not the simplest, would be to trace out your tuner's circuit and make your own manual.
