How to add your call sign to the QRZ Database We are pleased to invite all non-FCC licensed radio amateurs to add their call sign to our database. This tool is ONLY for users that do not already have a primary callsign attached to their account What is required: - Your call sign - Your first name and surname - Your town or city - Your country and DXCC - A PDF or JPG image of your actual amateur radio license (not a copy of your national ID card nor a screenshot of a website) Other information can be provided but is optional. Once you have collected all of the required documentation, please visit https://www.qrz.com/dxregister and add your information. Your entry will be pending and will not be visible until it is reviewed by the QRZ staff. Once reviewed and approved, your details will be visible. This usually occurs within 24 hours. -- Why your entry may be rejected -- - If you fail to provide a readable copy of your license, or you provide some other form of identification or none at all. - If you provide obviously false information, your application will be rejected. - If your application violates one of the QRZ rules regarding account holder (for example, Club are not allowed to have individual accounts). If your application is rejected, you may submit a trouble ticket at https://ssl.qrz.com/support to request that it be reviewed again. When doing so, please make sure you include all of the appropriate documentation. Thanks for using QRZ!
That is your DXCC entity: England, Scotland, etc. This is opposed to your country (nation) which is England-UK, Scotland-UK, etc. In most cases, your DXCC entity and country (nation) are the same, but there are a LOT of exceptions to this. For example, here in the rebellious colonies, states like Alaska and Hawaii are a separate DXCC entity from United States. Hope this helps.
