Anyone had a contact with the callsign D6OUQ Comoros Island? I had a contact on 6m awhile ago but have not been able to find him/her.
    A pirate perhaps?

This appears to be a busted call. Most, if not all D6 stations have a 2-digit prefix following the D. What was the date and time of the QSO?

I searched all 6 meter cluster spots from 2018-10-16 - 2018-10-18 and I could not find any calls remotely close. Perhaps a strange / bad decode? Could it have been in some sort of contest mode?

It is possible. After looking at the grid square the station reported somewhere NE of P29. I would say a bad decode. Had a similar problem a couple of years ago with a station on 6m claiming to be just north of the southern border of Egypt. Both contacts would have been good if legit
