    After reading all this, I will be working on getting my 160, 80 and 60 M antenna wires much higher in my trees ! I will be reaching my 100th birthday when the next GOOD DX solar max hits.

    An SFI of 69 is pretty low.
    Think I can count on my hands and feet how many times its been lower.
    I'm hoping for better! :)
    But I won't be shocked if we encounter another "dud" cycle.

    The good news is that low SFI actually helps some bands, especially the longer wavelengths.

    It also gives a small bump (I think the term I heard was "anti-correlation") to the ES peak seasons, too. Or so they say... I haven't been tinkering with ES long enough to say for sure.
