How about 7.115.50 for a 40m cw calling frequency?
I haven't been on the air much but, as far as I know it is pretty well empty.

LOL, yeah, I never got the Canadian system. I'd here VE's talking like 100 KHz below anything the U.S. people could.

actually WTF that is a CW allocation here...go check out the canadian bandplan for 40m. we have CW from 7.000 to 7.050 and then from 7.100 to 7.150 but of course this is all voluntary...if you want to work 7.058 cw and you aren't interfering with SSB QSOs in progress then you can go right ahead. We've got the region 1 SSB area on 40 good place to work europe and such without the americans with their 1.5 kw getting in your way...no offense to you americans here but a lot of your countrymen really seem to run more power then they need...I could hear them on PSK31 better than I could hear the europe stations that I was working...this off the back and sides of the beam...I was not in my own station so I had better equipment

28.125 is in the CW/digi subband. All the .025 frequencies are more or less the center of normal activity in CW, not a good idea to put the youth calling frequencies there. No idea about phone, I don't work shouty-shouty-modes.

On a general note, I don't think there will be enough youth activity to keep those frequencies busy enough to make it worth scanning them. So I'd rather concentrate on one or two bands.
