A few months ago i took the advice of the RSGB and changed my Intermediate callsign from 2E0JWD to ME8OWD and applied for the change on QRZ .
I am somewhat confused that i now have 3 logbooks on QRZ - One with the region identifier ME8OWD and another without - M8OWD and a 3rd with both callsigns.
I have been using the M8OWD when contacting stations from abroad and my logbook looks fine but when i searched for my own callsign M8OWD without the region identifier the page lacked all of my Biography .
Should i only use the ME8OWD callsign or do i need to modify the Bigraphy page etc.

    Thanks for any advice

Your username is ME8OWD which means that is what QRZ considers your "primary" callsign. M8OWD is a "managed" callsign. Because they are both listed in that fashion, they both have a bio page that can be developed separately.

If you want both callsigns to simply point to the same bio, then the procedure for that to happen would be for staff to remove the M8OWD license entry and add an alias for M8OWD to ME8OWD. In that way, a search for either callsign would return the ME8OWD bio.

As for the logbooks, a logbook on QRZ is associated with one callsign and one callsign only and that callsign cannot be changed. Thus, if you are actually OPERATING as both ME8OWD and M8OWD under specific circumstances, then you should have a logbook for both and log in the correct one depending on how you are identifying on the air.

A logbook for ME8OWD/M8OWD is something you would have had to create yourself and that will never be a valid logbook because that's not a valid callsign. While I see you have no QSOs, entered there, you should not ever add any as they will not confirm. You should delete that logbook. Select that logbook, go to the settings page and then logbook properties. An option to delete the book is at the bottom of the page.
