IMHO most antennas gurus knowledge stops at " current flow / change in electrical charge generates electromagnetic wave".

Most of such physical behavior , if not all, can be mathematically proven.

Since lawyers patent lingo does not include much of it - math, then it logically lacks the proof.

Actually referring to "submarine antenna" as a supporting argument for this "patent" tells me that the referee does not know beans about the subject.

Show me the math! Or MMANA model!

Without it it is plain voodoo...patent or no patent.

    Selling a Thousand Dollar Dipole
Sounds like a money making scheme rather than any new "wonder design" antenna.
If more hams educated themselves and got a few tools they could make their own antennas for a few bucks and ...Heck you will say I am hurting the econ0my by promoting home-brewing.

    "GOT VHF? WE DO—NEW UACM-V AND UASM-V
Our customers have requested enhanced performance at VHF and now they have it. Our best-selling public safety antennas now include versions with better VHF performance down in the 150 MHz band! Contact Jane winter for details at jwinter@fractenna.com. "

I'm pretty sure you need to still modify and self create if you want something in the amateur bands.

Ok I skimmed through that website, didn't really see anything technical. Was there a link I missed?
