Hoping someone here can help me out.

I used to have an account at P25 forums, but didn't register when it came back.
Trying to register again, but I can't get the second question correct and I don't know why.
This site is not for ____________

I know this is an idiot filter, and apparently I'm an idiot since I can't remember from when I registered last time. Got a list of like 25-30 things I've tried, but obviously no go.

If you can shoot me a message, I'd much appreciate it. I'll be glad to show you my list of what I thought were the obvious answers. I know I've got to be close, just not getting it.

    Cheers.

This is "QRZ.com" - maybe you should try asking at "P25 Forums" - P25.ca or something like that? They're more likely to be able to help

    Good luck

That'd be a great idea, except that I can't ask there because, as I already said, I can't get registered there without the secret answer.

Figured there'd be some cross pollination between here and there; that's why I asked.

Just for clarity, P25.ca went away, then was reborn as Communications.Support a couple months later.

To be honest I would email the website administrator and ask them for help. They may help and may not so please keep that in mind. Forums/Websites like that are bound to be issues from the forum members to others who are needing help with a radio or simple programming. I had an issue with a different forum like the one listed above the forum owner and his followers (clickish friends) made fun of me cause I was asking questions about a radio I was interested in the time before I bought it.

There is another forum/website that is great and helpful and that is Austech forums friendly people there and some non helpful people depends on the question being asked and etc.

    Good luck!

I work in this public safety mobile radio field as a Communication Systems Manager (35-years in comm-electronics and telecom), and took your challenge by trying to register tonight.
Don't worry, I couldn't get by this second question either.
    I won't bother by emailing...
    Screw 'em.

Well, that was an easy one. :)

Looks like they do this so you will read all the site rules before registering, they are very strict.

I assume a scanner head is the piece that goes on the dashboard of a car and talks to a device in the trunk.

I think I saw something about trunking.
