Yes, code testing is back! Well, actually, it's never been gone, but now you get your name in QST if you pass the code test. Starting with the August issue, QST will be naming names of those who passed the test. The August issue lists the 20 or so hams (and one non-ham) who got their code proficiency certificate from a W1AW (or West Coast) qualifying run in 2019. It sounds like future listings will be monthly.
