    On July 31, During the week of the annual Coast Guard Festival in Grand Haven, MI, the North Ottawa Amateur Radio Club will be hosting a special event station in honor of the U.S. Coast Guard.

    The festival will be held in the downtown area of Grand Haven and will include a carnival, Parade, and Fireworks.  The festival is a major event for the area and many people from out of the area will congregate in the town. The Special Event Station will be located in front of the Coast Guard Station.  This will provide high visibility for us to share Amateur Radio with the public.

    We will be operating mostly on 20 meters.  Please look for us and check in.
