Does anyone belong to a club that has had any Millenials who have been recently licensed join? If so, did you detect that they wanted your club to change to accommodate them rather than them trying to fit-in with the established club members? If your club did experience this issue, how did you handle it? Granted, we want everyone to feel comfortable but should a club have to totally accommodate someone that has been given participation trophies and ribbons all their lives? I'm curious what others have experienced.

    You leap straight from this
    to this
That sounds like a troll or at least a distasteful sweeping statement.

This comes to mind: OK Boomer

It has happened at one of the three clubs to which I belong recently and am curious if anyone else has experienced it.

Not necessarily a troll. I have witnessed this behavior and understand where he is coming from. IMO the problem is the parents who have nurtured the importance of self over others. I first recognized this among Eastern European families but it has migrated west. Younger folks march pretty much to their own drummer...which may not be a bad thing. It avoids Groupthink. But I see a lack of the "One for all and all for one" attitude. I'm also not sure what our generation can do about it. So I don't worry about it too much.

Like us they will live and learn in the world they live in.

    Anyone older than a Millenial.

if you are truly serious, that is a terrible way to look at things. With age comes experience and knowledge (most of the time). This statement is exactly what I have experienced from a couple of Millenials at club meetings.
