    Marvin,

First let me say that I have no doubt your 'solution' works ... However, it seems to me that by changing some code from unsecure to secure format, you somehow spoofed either QRZ or Clublog into making a secure connection ... Seems much too easy a way to defeat a security system .. I tried the 'solution' with HRDlog.net and only got a "get me out of here" security warning with no data .. I hope QRZ comes up with a 'safer' fix ...

Yes, the solution was meant only for CLUBLOG, not for HRD. I don't use HRD, sorry I cannot help there. For CLUBLOG users this solution should be just fine, no (security) problems, but I welcome feedback from people who know more about this stuff than I do. :)

    Ron,

    No, that's not the case.

Some Clublog pages can be accessed with both, http and https. Also, some Clublog pages can be accessed with both www and with secure. I simply changed the code to the way it should have been in the first place.

The old code used to work till yesterday. QRZ IT must have done some change that caused the old code to no longer work.

    Hi Marvin,

Yes you've fixed your clublog script but most people will use the code provided by Clublog. For speed I adopted your method and fixed my Clublog code.

It does not work however for the HRDLog.net code and the warning someone mentioned "get me out of here" is because the page contains a mix of secure and non-secure code.

Have you had confirmation from QRZ that they made changes on 7 July? They must have done so since my browsers and system have not had any updates since it was last working OK I can run the HRDLog.net script separately from QRZ.com without any issues, but I would like to see a confirmation from them that they know about it and are working on a fix.

To answer Jim KJ3N, you can see my eQSL code on my page https://qrz.com/db/yo3ipr. It's not a logbook viewer, just a lookup tool. This still works while logs or other items from Clublog or HRDLog.net do not. You can find it here: http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/LinkGraphics.cfm

P.S. I changed my wording here from "script" to code since strictly speaking these are not "scripts".

Lisa, we would be grateful if you could raise a ticket. We have provided plenty of information here and this has already consumed enough of mine and others time.

    Tony,

I have not had any confirmation about IT @ QRZ implementing any change on July 7. My only communication regarding this issue has been here in this thread on this forum. I do however suspect some change was implemented on July 7 since we all have been affected the same way and at the same time.

OK Marvin. I see more related threads in the user help forum have appeared today. I will open a ticket anyway when its lets me, after logging in it seems to be getting stuck! Too many tickets being opened??

UPDATE: everything seems back to normal now at http://www.qrz.com/db/YO3IPR but no HRDLog info if using https://
