Club Week — November 1–8, 2025 While the main goal is to contact other clubs and exchange QSL cards, this uniquely designed on-the-air event goes far beyond that. It’s about connection, community, and sharing the fun of amateur radio across every band. Club Week: Promotes activity across all ham bands Encourages conversations between operators Helps new hams overcome mic fright and gain confidence Provides a chance to set up in public spaces and engage with the community Introduces newly licensed hams and Technicians to the exciting world of HF Unlike a contest, Club Week isn’t about points or logs — it’s about participation and conversation. Clubs can operate from their club shack, a member’s home, a park, or any public location. Set up your station, call CQ Club Week, and enjoy meeting operators from all over the country. Participants should be ready to send and respond to QSL cards, making it a great opportunity to teach new hams about this timeless tradition. Clubs Week is the perfect time for community outreach — host a mini field day, open house, or activation event, and show your community what amateur radio is all about. Let’s make the bands come alive during NARA Club Week, November 1–8! Share your plans, event photos, or QSL cards in the comments. We can’t wait to see what your club will come up with during this new annual event sponsored by us, The National Amateur Radio Alliance! Learn more at https://usnara.org/club-week.php
Yes, it's right around the corner, but we have been spreading the word on our Facebook page. We have been featured on Ratpac and Hamshack TV's YouTube channels; we have also advertised it here and discussed it at hamfests. I just sent out an email to 4,000 clubs inviting them to participate. It will be an annual event that grows each year, but we are working on promoting it. Mike, W4OPS
