I figure everyone but myself is aware of this, but just in case, if you haven't been to the link "My account" under your call sign from the home page, you should go there and verify the email address listed under account options (towards the bottom of the page). For some reason mine was set to a random address at qrz.com which could never be answered or verified. If the email address listed here does not match what is asked on a password change (and maybe elsewhere), you will have to go through support and the proof of identify document upload process. Just something to be aware of. I had no idea. I suspect at one time this was my valid email address and may have changed with all the new 2 factor and verified changes. In any event, you should make sure it's correct to save you some time!
