    If I was on a "Carnival Cruise". I could think of a lot more things I'd want to do besides "Ham radio"......

    Leave the rig at home. I don't blame them in the least. Too many possible pirate es terrorist risks to take any chances these days.
    Yes, Much more to do than yack on the rigs while vacationing on the high seas!
    It will be there when you get bk home OB.

    Never had a problem with Carnival, One Captain was ham himself! Since the Boat was/is registered in Panama, had to get an IARP from ARRL to operate on the Boat! Its registered in Panama (MV DREAM)! One of the Boats is registered in the Bahamas and I had to get a Bahamas License, no problem there either! This time around going to Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. Sent in my Licences for Grand Cayman and Jamaica, however Mexico is too much red tape!
