Cannot add a call sign to an existing account

Hello, about two years ago, I created an account before getting my call sign. Now I am trying to add my call sign to the existing account, but the system does not seem to allow me to do so. Should I delete my existing account and start all over? Thanks

You will need to file a "Support Ticket" to associate your username to your call sign.

Thanks for responding. I've tried that link and can not get through the login process because my call sign is not associated with my account. I can not log in on that link with my current username because my current username is my email address and the site is not accepting my email address as the username.

 

Try using as your current user name: MBARRERA727GMAILCOM

Do not use any “dots” or “@“ symbols.

The problem appears to be that I can't fit the username, it does not allow that many characters.
