Weight or size is not a factor but I would rather have smaller than my shack.
Have a Palm key packed with the portable/camping station.
Straight key or paddle? Or bug, cootie, something else?
If weight or size isn't a factor, then what IS important to you?
I've got a Porta-Paddle by American Morse Equipment, and I can recommend it as a not-too-expensive, small, lightweight, and rugged paddle, with a nice feel. I've used a friend's Palm Mini-paddle, by Palm Radio. It's very small and portable, with a bit more of a "springy" feel than I'm used to, but that's not a complaint, merely an observation. I liked it.
Another like for the Palm Radio Pico Paddle, took a bit of getting used to for me as was making the transition from a straight key to a paddle.
Once I became used to it quite like the Pico. Fully adjustable and slides into a cover for protection when not in use.

The paddle in your pic looks interesting.
Thanks. It is a Begali Expedition. It is a very nice feeling paddle, and yes, I take it camping, but it never goes more than 100 yards from the car. It is solid, heavy, and luxurious. It's not cheap, but not frightfully expensive, either.
It's my most-used and favorite paddle. The only reason I'll use another is when weight or size is an issue.
The palm paddle single can be held in one hand while operating with the other. No need to even have a table to operate from...
Here the paddle is magnetically attached to my clipboard. I just hold it in my hand when I operate.
Palm Radio Pico Paddle. Mine has been fb.
