Can a Straight Key really Coexist with a Paddle ?

    Well now it's even more complicated as I've added a Bug to the collection.

    It's half straight, half paddle... Sorta key gender confusion...

    I've got straight key, bug, and electronic paddles all wired in paralell and easy to move hand between each, I often swap between them, sometimes depending on speed... e.g. I make less mistakes QRS on a straight key than keyer (impatient, used to QRQ?) so I hop onto the pump for QRS, mid range I enjoy the bug, and QRQ the paddles. But sometimes I'll use the bug also on QRQ or QRS, and sometimes the electronic keyer on mid range speed, and occasionally the pump on mid range too. It's nice to be able to swap according to mood or purpose, at ease.

    Never had a paddle but a Ta.P straight key and a j36 get along fine even after being bitter enemies all of ww2.
