Before I tear the radio completely down, would anyone know the part number of the final in this radio?

I have searched bing and google and have found nothing. Thanks

    You should check it out.

It may be the driver that failed, Unless it keeps blowing fuses, And the protection diode is good.

Why do you suspect the finals ?

It could be a number of things but if you knew the current draw in TX mode it would help. ~10A then all is good, it's just not getting out the back. Look for cold solder joints.

The reason I suspect the finals is that it will transmit at less than 1 watt power. I can hit a repeater less than 1/4 mile away but nothing else on VHF and nothing on UHF. Can't really see the finals because of the heat sync across the top of it. I'm waiting on a new desoldering iron.

    Current draw @ 1w out?

Clif brings up a good point.

That radio has a High SWR cut back. It could be the relay or something else.

    Good Luck.
