As sent to me just now by a friend:

"Does anyone know Bryan WA7PRC in Everett? He passed away about a month ago.

His sister, Bonnie ******** contacted our club to donate his ham radio gear
in order to sell his house. She, like almost everyone, found us with an
internet search. I talked to her last night and offered our club's help to
deal with his equipment. Not sure yet how much gear or what shape it's in.
There's also a 60' tower and beam that they want removed. I'll survey that
today and see if we can do it safely.

Have a great Labor Day weekend,

    signed *****"

I'm glad I got to work him many times including AM and CW, and have lunch with him a couple years ago.

He was fairly local to my place - maybe a 1.5 hour drive. Got the tour of his shack and a very nice lunch visit then - nice guy. Quiet and gentle in person with a wry smile and wit.

    He will indeed be missed

IIRC, he worked at Amateur Radio Supply in Georgetown at one time. Was it in the early 1980s? I worked there in the early 1970s.

I know for sure that Bryan WA7PRC worked at ABC Communications, 17550 15th Ave NE, Seattle. (I have his business card from back then.) Not sure of the date and not sure if he worked at Amateur Radio Supply but it sounds likely.

    This is sad news. :(

Bryan was a very smart person. He helped many here on QRZ. He would tell it like it is.

The Bright side is that, He is in a better place than we are now.

RIP Bryan, I will catch you on the other side. :)
