    Bryan L. Gaither, AC4BB SK

    Bryan Lynn "PeeWee" Gaither, 60, passed away March 23, 2017, at his home surrounded by his loving family.

    Visitation was held Saturday evening in the Parlor at Talladega Funeral Home.

    The funeral service will be today, March 26, 2017, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel.

    The Rev. Clyde Pettus and The Rev Greg Tankersly will officiate.
    Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

    Mr. Gaither was Baptist by faith and a lifelong member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

    He served as a member of the U.S. Navy as well as the National Guard.

    Mr. Gaither had an Amateur Radio Extra Class License and Commercial Communications License.

    He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Katie Gaither; brother, Glenn Gaither; and sister, Maxine Shaw.

    Mr. Gaither is survived by his wife, Janice Gaither; son, Bryan "Andy" Gaither; daughter, Kelley Gaither, all of Talladega; sisters-in-law, Janice R. Gaither, of Talladega, and Dale Mayne, of Anniston.

    Pallbearers will be Ray Mayne, Ernie Mayne, Jamie Reaves, Jeremy Harris, B.J. Bennefield, Blake Davis, Aaron Smith, and Donald Horton Jr.

    Honorary Pallbearer will Wayne Barker.

    Special thanks to Comfort Care Hospice for their care, and to his friends and family for the support they provided.

    Talladega Funeral Home will be directing the service. -
