In 1959 I was a BSA camp staff member at Camp MaKaJaWan near Antigo, WI. A fellow staff member was a ham radio enthusiast named Bruce Halvorsen. I remember his call sign, K9CNV, which he followed with a 'completely negative voltage' twice to make certain it was understood. Does anyone remember him in the QRZ community? I did not find the call letters in the database, suggesting that they have been retired and that Bruce may be a memory. I believe one of his tasks was playing all the bugle calls over a loud speaker system. Thanks John Baum Charlottesville, VA
