    Why would CEPT become a challenge? How many countries in the EU? 28 atm, how many countries are CEPT members? 48. the EC and EFTA can speak but have no voting rights. Non issue.

    were you referring to Northern Ireland- if so- a legitimate comment, if it was an EI station- then it was not a UK station- any chance of you checking your log??
