    Very Happy with the HM12 Studio microphone, works wonderful on my TS-590SG...been using his PRO headsets for years !!

    The important thing to understand about EQ is the basic fundamental that you are altering natural sound. The more EQ and processing done to a signal, the further from the truth it becomes.

    Please keep the heavy EQ and processing down to a minimum.

    You'll sound and be heard better especially on noisy bands or weak signals.

    Met and talked with Bob Heil several times at Dayton, very interesting guy, under appreciated in terms of his role in ham radio. Hopefully Heil Sound will continue to innovate new products for amateur radio. Love the interview series, thanks for doing them.
