Hello all, I hope this is the correct place to ask this question.
I am setting up a portable station with an FT 817ND and an LDG z 817 tuner.
I have loaded the Pocket rxtx by YO3GGX on my Android tablet.
I am using a bluetooth module to communicate with the tablet.
The BT module baud rate is set to 9600 baud. The good news is the it works
and the tablet screen and function operations are great.
YO3GGX tells me that for optimum operation I should be operating at 38400 baud.
This is also the baud rate needed to integrate the tuner with the rig. Android OS does not seem to care about
baud rates. So I need to change the module baud rate. I have done a bunch of searching and have read about using Ardiuno to send the AT commands needed to change the settings in the module.
All the information tells me how to make the program changes, however not the details on the hardware and connections needed to accomplish this task. There does not seem to be an "easy" way to do this.
Anyone ever done this and can give more details?
    Thanks in advance,
    Bill K3ATE
