While I am interested in attending, I was unable to find out a couple of things about the site: 1.) Are dogs (on a leash) allowed on the property? 2.) Is overnight camping available (i.e., for the night before the hamfest)? If so, are there hookups, and what are the fees charged for them? Having attended the Elmira Hamfest for many years and camped there last year (Friday evening through the end of the hamfest on Saturday, with full hookup @ $25.00/night and Greta the Wonder Dog accompanied us ), such being available at Saratoga/Ballston Spa. would be great. At Elmira, all we had to do was show up and pick a spot. One of the ARAST members collected our check and turned the money into the Chemung County Building & Grounds Department. Their hookup includes water, sewer, and 20/30/50-A power, and a number of hams who attended chose to camp there... many from the Keuka Lake Amateur Radio Association.
