How does one go about looking up an Australian Amateur Operator by name? I have lost my friends information and would like to get back in contact with him. He was first licensed in Western Australia but I think he now has moved to the Sydney area. His name is Sam Warne.

The QRZ Call Sign database only auto-populates United States call signs via a feed from the FCC that comes in daily.

The rest of the world, hams need to register themselves to be listed here.

Maybe do some Google searching for the Australian equivalent to the FCC and see if that leads anywhere?

    Good luck in your quest
